Structural analysis and design of new 21,000 sq. ft. office building delivered utilizing the Design/Build process, and incorporating premanufactured steel moment frame systems over cast-inplace reinforced concrete foundations. An integral rolled 4,000 sq. ft. structural steel canopy system was designed and detailed by our office for full coordination with both architectural and metal building components and systems.
